Senior Manager - Business Lending Pricing

About the role

Westpac is seeking a strategic and commercially‑focused Senior Manager to lead the design and implementation of customer‑centric pricing initiatives for its Business Lending portfolio. Based in Auckland, you will drive value for both the bank and its customers by aligning pricing strategies with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse Business Lending Pricing portfolio and analyse performance to identify actionable insights.
• Design and implement pricing initiatives that are customer‑focused and commercially viable.
• Collaborate across product, finance and risk teams to deliver performance actions and strategic outcomes.
• Support special projects and contribute to the wider pricing team’s objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations and standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Pricing Management, Product Management or Commercial Finance.
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand banking environment and customer needs across consumer and business segments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross‑functional relationships.
