Senior Director of Product Architecture and Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a senior engineering leader to own the architecture and delivery of our global digital platforms that serve millions of users. The role is hands‑on, responsible for building, scaling and operating real‑world products rather than providing consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an API‑first, modular platform strategy aligned with AI, personalization and global scale.
• Make build‑vs‑buy decisions and create reusable components to eliminate duplication.
• Drive AI‑enabled engineering transformation, including AI‑assisted coding, automated code review and security.
• Elevate developer experience through autonomous product squads, CI/CD, DevOps maturity and modern DORA metrics.
• Set and communicate engineering and architecture vision, hire and develop diverse high‑performing teams.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, finance, data, security and global market stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building and leading high‑performing engineering teams delivering large‑scale consumer and B2B digital products.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities with a track record of owning outcomes in production.
• Passion for creating delightful customer experiences and a data‑driven mindset.
