About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead corporate, B2B and consumer communications for a dynamic Auckland‑based agency. You will shape strategic PR plans, guide clients, and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communications and PR plans for diverse client portfolios.
- Provide counsel to senior client stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
- Write and edit content for a variety of formats, including press releases, briefs and digital assets.
- Design and implement media‑relations strategies to secure coverage.
- Coordinate project timelines, manage budgets and ensure end‑to‑end delivery excellence.
- Lead and support junior team members to achieve shared client goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in agency‑based corporate, B2B and consumer communications.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
- Comfortable working closely with senior clients and managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and advising on project progress.
