Registered Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join Roseneath Lifecare & Village in Carterton, providing high‑quality care to our residents in a 45‑bed care home and 15‑unit village. The role offers a variety of shifts and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver high‑level care.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide nursing interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support clinical services and collaborate with care home managers.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for caring for people with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with empathy and a drive to improve resident wellbeing.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
