About the role

As a Registered Nurse with Oceania in Eden you will practice at full scope within a nurse‑led service, providing comprehensive care and support to residents while coordinating daily care needs and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating daily care needs of residents while inspiring and supporting staff.
• Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions independently and collaboratively.
• Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy.
• Building connections with residents, families and allied health professionals.
• Providing leadership, guidance and mentorship to care staff and team members.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Previous experience using clinical systems.
• Effective time‑management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and nights.

Required skills

• Clinical systems proficiency.
• Experience with InterRai (desirable).
