Quality Assurance Developer – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Developer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this remote position you will create and evaluate coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, especially on Android platforms.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, performance and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Engineer or Programmer is preferred.
• Preferred experience with Kotlin; proficiency in at least one additional language or framework.
