Production Operator – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

Join Sensient Technologies as a Production Operator, working on the shop floor of a leading global manufacturer of colors, flavors, and extracts. You will contribute to safe, high‑quality production of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority and follow all safe work practices.
• Adhere to site quality procedures and HACCP/GMP standards.
• Pick raw materials, record product and batch information.
• Process, mix, and pack production orders according to the daily schedule.
• Complete production paperwork and communicate any issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Perform cleaning and daily housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a professional, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, mechanical aptitude, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and personal hygiene requirements.
