Process Worker – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

We are looking for a Process Worker to join our brand‑new manufacturing facility in Ohinewai, North Waikato. You will be part of a fast‑growing team that produces foam‑based sleep solutions for the Australian and New Zealand markets. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on position where you can help shape processes from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with the preparation, mixing and molding of specialty foams.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
