Principal Enterprise Architect – RISE (New Zealand)

About the role

Join SAP’s Enterprise Architects team to lead digital transformation for customers across New Zealand. As a Principal Enterprise Architect you will shape enterprise‑wide architecture models, guide cloud journeys and ensure the adoption of SAP’s RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models that align with customers’ strategic goals.
• Partner with virtual account teams and C‑level executives to drive architecture effectiveness and value realization.
• Guide customers through cloud adoption, focusing on enterprise archetypes, scaling digitally and mitigating technical risks.
• Define and monitor KPIs and value drivers to track business transformation outcomes.
• Promote SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering enterprise‑level business transformation projects.
• Strong ability to align customer priorities with target architecture and road‑maps.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and other C‑suite leaders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
