People & Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a People & Operations Executive to join Omnicom Media Aotearoa. In this role you will support a high‑performing agency team by delivering seamless HR and operational services that enhance employee experience and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and administer HR and operational initiatives for the agency.
• Support Omnicom Media Aotearoa brands with day‑to‑day employee services.
• Maintain the integrity of HR and operations processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to manage priorities and expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and internal communications.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or professional in HR or Operations with up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, highly regulated business environment.
• Strong ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR/business systems; Workday experience is a plus.
