Part-time Sales Assistant – 5 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our Ryman store team. Working 5 hours per week, you will support store management, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns professionally to retain customers.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the Store Management Team.
• Engage with customers, identify needs and recommend products, promotions and upsell where appropriate.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
