Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online orders for our customers. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, picking and packing items accurately, safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a strong health and safety mindset for yourself and teammates.
• Stay on your feet for the duration of each shift and ensure a friendly, welcoming attitude toward customers.

• Customer‑service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Friendly smile and welcoming demeanor.
