Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, working night shifts to pick and pack online orders for our customers. You will be part of a friendly, energetic team that values safety, accuracy and great customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward health and safety for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Understanding of good customer service principles.
• Ability to make customer‑first decisions aligned with company processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
