Media Account Manager (Offline + Digital)

About the role

We are seeking a confident Media Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver integrated offline and digital campaigns for fashion, outdoor apparel and sporting retail brands. Based in Melbourne, you will work hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and manage a portfolio of three to four clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client relationships, lead meetings, present recommendations and report on performance.
• Develop cross‑channel media plans covering TV, radio, OOH, print, social, display, audio, video, DOOH, CTV and digital partnerships.
• Brief media owners, evaluate responses, negotiate rates and oversee campaign tracking, reporting and financial reconciliation.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive proactive service delivery.
• Mentor an Account Executive and an Account Coordinator, providing regular feedback and support.
• Collaborate with internal specialist units to deliver cohesive, integrated outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a media agency, with a proven track record in integrated planning and campaign delivery.
• Demonstrated capability across both offline (TV, radio, OOH, print) and digital channels.
• Strong client‑management experience, including presenting recommendations and handling reporting.
• Exposure to financial processes such as forecasting, billing and budget reconciliation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audience research and planning tools such as Roy Morgan and Nielsen Ad Intel.
• Working knowledge of campaign reporting and ad‑verification platforms.
• Familiarity with media buying processes and platforms.
