Managing Director and CEO Coach (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director and CEO Coach to work remotely with senior leaders across New Zealand’s technology, financial services and healthcare sectors. In this strategic coaching role you will help C‑suite executives, directors and senior managers sharpen their leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions using a flexible, evidence‑based framework.
• Assist executives in refining strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze complex organisational challenges and guide leaders toward effective solutions.
• Provide personalized feedback to enhance executive decision‑making and performance.
• Stay current on industry trends to ensure relevance of coaching content.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of senior leadership experience (Director, C‑suite or senior managerial role) within New Zealand’s technology, finance or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and foster executive‑level collaboration.
• Deep understanding of sector‑specific business dynamics and challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Business, Finance, Technology or related field is highly regarded.
• Track record of mentoring teams and leading successful initiatives.
