Leadership & Management Training Contractor

About the role

Cognition Evolve is seeking experienced professionals to join its network of Leadership & Management Training Contractors. You will work with a variety of clients to design and deliver bespoke development programmes that empower managers at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to create high‑quality, tailored leadership and management programmes.
• Deliver training, coaching and qualification sessions both in‑person and virtually for junior, middle and senior managers.
• Design interventions that engage, challenge and support individual managers while aligning with organisational goals.

Required profile

• A qualification in Leadership/Management or significant management experience.
• Relevant psychology qualification or experience in organisational/business psychology.
• Coaching accreditation (e.g., ICF‑ACC/PCC/MCC or EMCC/AC).
• Proven track record delivering leadership and management learning in corporate, vocational or tertiary settings.

Required skills

• Experience with psychometric tools and emotional intelligence assessments.
• Familiarity with 360‑degree feedback, EQi and personality assessment instruments.
• Ability to assess qualifications and behavioural performance.
