About the role

Our Kitchen Hands are essential to the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage team. Working under the guidance of the on‑duty Chef, you will help maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and basic food preparation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the Chef.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service.
• Handle waste disposal and stock replenishment following health and safety guidelines.
