IT Project Manager – Auckland (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead project teams in delivering technology solutions for Goodman Fielder’s business transformation. The role involves managing complex IT projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery in line with IT PMO processes, governance, scope, quality, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business, operational stakeholders and external parties to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT project teams, analysts, business resources, external resources and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate the creation of detailed business cases, analysing requirements to define scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress against scope, quality, budget and timeline.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing complex IT projects.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and ability to collaborate with IT Business Analysts and business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects in accordance with IT PMO processes and governance.
