Graduate Role in Civil & Construction Cost Advisory

About the role

North Projects is seeking a motivated graduate to join its civil and construction team. You will work on cost advisory, project delivery and first‑principles estimating for large infrastructure, utilities and building projects across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data sets to support cost modelling and estimation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and visualising data to tell a clear story.
• Participate in mentoring sessions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Civil or Construction Engineering degree.
• Passion for working with numbers and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Curious, creative and willing to tackle problems outside your comfort zone.
• Strong can‑do attitude and ability to plan and collaborate effectively.
