Full Stack Software Engineer – Digital Platforms

About the role

The Full Stack Software Engineer will deliver end‑to‑end software solutions for ANZ’s digital sales platforms. Working within the DSX ecosystem, you will create intuitive user interfaces and robust APIs that power customer‑facing experiences across online stores, sales delivery, and application portals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features from concept to production, collaborating with product owners, designers, and architects.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as clean code, automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Monitor platform health, manage technical debt, and maintain comprehensive logs, metrics, dashboards and alerts.
• Embed security‑by‑design principles, comply with standards, and address vulnerabilities promptly.
• Support incident management, diagnose issues and work with SRE teams to improve operability.
• Contribute to agile ways of working, continuously improving team processes and delivery flow.
