About the role

Bethel Woods is looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join its bustling venue in Wellington’s business district. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service in a lively all‑day environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through attentive service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly.
• Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area.
• After training, assist with bar service on selected shifts.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and enjoys making connections with customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn bar duties after initial training.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
