Front of House Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join Foxglove Bar & Kitchen, a waterfront venue in Wellington’s historic Queens Wharf building. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service and helping create memorable evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and serve them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Learn bar operations after training and occasionally work bar shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Positive attitude, energetic and reliable.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
