About the role

We are partnering with one of New Zealand’s leading national law firms to recruit a mid‑level associate for their highly regarded Employment Law team in Auckland. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of employment matters for major national and international clients, including listed companies, start‑ups and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive employment law advice to a varied client base.
• Handle a wide range of employment law matters for listed companies, start‑ups and government agencies.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver high‑quality legal solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Experience gained at a top New Zealand or Australian law firm.
• Eligibility for sponsorship if qualified overseas.
