About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Annotator to evaluate and assess AI‑generated content. Working fully remotely, you will support advanced research and model‑improvement initiatives by providing structured analysis and written feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate generated responses against established quality guidelines.
• Identify reasoning gaps, inconsistencies, and nuanced interpretation issues.
• Write clear, evidence‑based rationales for each assessment.
• Apply standardized evaluation frameworks with accuracy and consistency.
• Document detailed feedback that informs model refinement processes.

Required profile

• Strong critical reading and analytical evaluation skills.
• Ability to produce precise, well‑structured written assessments.
• High attention to detail when applying evaluation guidelines.
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to complete work without AI writing tools.

• Hourly contract with compensation ranging from $60 to $200 per hour.
