About the role

Join a locally owned, family‑operated retailer as a Customer Service Experience Team Member. You will work on the Trade Desk in the Trade Drive‑Thru, providing friendly, professional assistance and processing transactions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Accurately process sales and returns using the POS system.
• Provide advice or solutions to support customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
• Assist customers at the service desk with returns, exchanges, and general queries.
