Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional, and empathetic service with end‑to‑end follow‑through.
• Manage enquiries efficiently to achieve high‑quality outcomes and productivity.
• Deliver customer experiences aligned with the brand promise.
• Show care and sensitivity during moments of vulnerability.
• Offer appropriate options to support the best possible member outcomes.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, empathetic and enjoys helping others.
• Positive outlook with a growth mindset.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Resilient, adaptable and self‑aware.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Contact‑centre or medical experience is advantageous but not required.
