About the role
We are seeking a passionate leader to grow Beca’s technology and AI communities across platforms such as our AI systems, software and agent development platform, and the BEYON™ Digital Twin platform. The role will design and sustain a scalable community ecosystem that encourages peer learning, drives adoption, and elevates capabilities throughout the business.
Key responsibilities
- Create structure, guardrails and momentum for communities to thrive and become self‑sustaining.
- Evolve existing communities, foster engagement and empower community champions.
- Develop and deliver communications plans, campaigns and storytelling that showcase Beca’s AI journey.
- Partner with product teams, SMEs and external partners to deliver tailored enablement for both foundational users and advanced practitioners.
- Track engagement metrics, interpret insights and continuously improve community health and adoption.
- Champion responsible AI practices in all community interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and shaping technology‑focused communities or engagement networks.
- Strong background in communications, storytelling and multi‑channel campaign delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical practitioners, senior leaders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset to monitor engagement data and drive continuous improvement.
- Interest in emerging technologies and responsible AI.
