About the role
Peninsula is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers across the ANZ region. You will investigate queries, resolve complaints and deliver real‑time solutions that enhance client satisfaction and protect our brand reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client complaints, service concerns and complex queries with speed and care.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, provide insights and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in complaint handling, service recovery or dispute management, preferably in a B2B or regulatory environment.
- Strong communication skills with confidence to handle challenging retention and cancellation conversations.
- Customer‑centric mindset and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
