About the role
Strikeforce New Zealand is seeking a full‑time Client Executive to join its Auckland head office. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and field teams, ensuring that in‑store activities meet the highest standards and drive measurable sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee client‑related activities across retail channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and propose opportunities for account growth.
- Produce and analyse Power BI reports to track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account or client management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of working independently.
- Background in retail, merchandising or related sectors is advantageous.
