About the role

Actemium Maintenance Toulouse, part of the VINCI Energies network, is looking for a Team Leader to oversee industrial maintenance activities for major clients in the Toulouse region. You will be responsible for guiding a team of technicians, ensuring efficient daily operations, and contributing to continuous improvement of contract performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Organise and manage the daily workload, respecting priorities and deadlines.
• Act as a technical and operational liaison for the contract manager.
• Participate in contract management meetings.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Propose technical, organisational, or operational improvements to optimise contract performance.

Required profile

• Technically autonomous as a Maintenance Technician and motivated to move into a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to manage and support a team.
• Willingness to work day shifts or a 2 × 8 schedule and be available for technical on‑call duties.
