About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with the Projects Director and Account Directors. The role focuses on implementing Borealis software for clients across the APAC region, translating business objectives into effective SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Borealis implementation projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Gather and analyse client requirements, map business processes and design optimal integration solutions.
- Organise and lead client meetings, produce agendas, track actions and maintain project documentation.
- Configure the software to meet identified needs and handle data imports.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project status, communicate progress to managers and clients, and flag risks.
- Develop workarounds and innovative approaches to meet service level agreements.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and support Borealis’s growth in the region.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or account management.
- Diploma in IT, Communication, Management or Administration.
- Strong, professional communication skills in English.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguous situations.
- Interest in developing technical SaaS knowledge and KPI analysis.
