Bulkfeeds Dispatcher – Logistics Coordination

About the role

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Bulkfeeds Dispatcher to join its high‑performing logistics team. You will coordinate daily Bulkfeeds deliveries across New Zealand, ensuring efficient fleet utilisation and clear communication between drivers, operations, and branch teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage Bulkfeeds customer delivery volumes to meet daily operational targets.
• Allocate fleet resources using the TGE transport management system to optimise schedules and utilisation.
• Prepare delivery plans ahead of fleet arrival to support rapid turn‑arounds.
• Liaise with transport, customer, and branch teams to align delivery expectations.
• Monitor fleet capacity and capability to satisfy collection and delivery requirements.
• Support the Bulkfeeds Manager with transport administration and reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Clean Full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics or transport coordination.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with drivers, operations staff and customers.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and best‑practice procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transport Management System (TGE) for fleet scheduling.
• Solid computer skills for data entry and reporting.
