Asset Finance Specialist

About the role

CNH Industrial is seeking an Asset Finance Specialist to operate across New Zealand’s North Island. In this autonomous position you will provide expert retail finance guidance and training to dealer sales teams, helping them deliver fast, accurate quotes and seamless credit‑application support.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed retail finance strike‑rate, originations and margin retention targets.
• Partner with dealers to generate quick, accurate quotes and support credit applications.
• Co‑create finance packages with sales teams to accelerate equipment sales.
• Deliver timely sales support to dealers and end‑customers.
• Visit dealerships regularly to build strong relationships and represent the brand at field days and industry events.
• Analyse dealer performance using financial data and stock reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Manage SG&A expenses within budget and support proactive collection strategies.
• Drive market‑share growth and retail‑volume targets through strategic promotion of finance solutions.
• Design and deliver hands‑on training for dealership staff on online‑quoting and credit platforms.
• Collaborate with capital‑market colleagues to ensure an excellent end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel across the North Island and represent the brand at events.
