Architectural Graduate – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are expanding our Christchurch studio and are looking for an Architectural Graduate to join a major healthcare project. The role offers a hands‑on learning experience from early design concepts through to on‑site construction, allowing you to develop a broad skill set across design, documentation, coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design development of healthcare facilities using Revit.
• Prepare and maintain construction documentation and design drawings.
• Assist with coordination between design, engineering and construction teams.
• Participate in site visits to understand how designs are built.
• Contribute to project meetings and provide design input throughout the delivery process.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Confident in using Revit for modelling and documentation.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable asking questions.
• Interest in both design creativity and construction processes.
