Aftersales Manager

About the role

Golf Imports is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its workshop, service, parts, logistics and customer support functions. Based in Papakura, you will work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth in the electric and utility vehicle market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the workshop, service, parts and logistics teams, ensuring efficient workflow allocation.
• Monitor productivity, quality standards and customer satisfaction across all aftersales activities.
• Oversee inventory control, stock management and parts operations.
• Coordinate nationwide service delivery and support operational projects and system improvements.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and implement structured, accountable systems.
• Mentor, develop and manage staff across multiple departments.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and operational best practice.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a workshop, service or operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement structure and drive accountability.
• Strong understanding of service delivery and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to work across multiple operational areas.
