About the role
You will have a genuine impact on the growth of Uber Eats and its restaurant partners in New Zealand. By building strategic relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities, you will act as the voice of the customer within Uber and help partners maximise the platform’s potential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead post‑deal partner management for a portfolio of high‑value Mid‑Market restaurant partners in New Zealand.
- Own relationships to drive measurable revenue growth and high partner retention.
- Communicate the Uber Eats value proposition and help partners adopt the full suite of Uber products (dine‑in, direct delivery, marketing tech).
- Design and execute joint growth initiatives, coordinating with internal Uber teams and restaurant stakeholders.
- Set, track and report performance metrics, advising partners on best‑in‑class operational and commercial practices.
- Contribute to the small New Zealand team culture and help create an engaging workplace.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or partner‑facing roles, preferably at scale.
- Strong time‑management ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Effective negotiation skills to create win‑win outcomes for Uber Eats and partners.
- Comfort with data analysis and the capacity to interpret and present data to internal and external audiences.
