Account Manager – On-Premise Sales (Auckland & Wellington)

About the role

Join Pernod Ricard’s on‑premise sales team as an Account Manager responsible for iconic bars and restaurants in Auckland, with a select portfolio in Wellington. You will build strong relationships, drive commercial growth, and shape the role to match your strengths.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, grow and optimise a diverse portfolio of on‑premise customers.
• Develop and execute sales, distribution and activation plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and oversee the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Create client‑focused promotion activities and business plans.
• Report on territory performance, analyse sales data and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in FMCG or beverage on‑premise environments.
• Passion for spirits, champagne or cocktails.
• Tertiary qualification in business or related field (advantageous but not essential).
• Full driving licence.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented salesperson with a collaborative mindset.
