About the role

As an Account Manager you will become an expert in Bunnings’ product range and services, delivering tailored, value‑added solutions to our commercial customers. You will drive sales growth while ensuring customers receive the best price, range and service.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales budgets, maximise profit and optimise product mix.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
  • Design and execute local market plans to counter competitor activity.
  • Create, manage and align budgets with company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the wider Bunnings network to provide superior price, range and service to commercial accounts.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety in all activities.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with new customers.
  • Successful track record in a sales role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
  • Tenacious, positive attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Integrity, respect and teamwork in all interactions.
